UTair Express was a Russian regional airline that operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of UTair Aviation [[UTair Express](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UTair_Express)]. It was established in December 2006 following the reorganization of its predecessor, Komiinteravia [[UTair Express](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UTair_Express)].
