Established in 1989, it became Italy's leading carrier in the leisure market, operating flights to destinations in the Mediterranean, Africa, and the Maldives [Eurofly](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eurofly). In 2010, the airline ceased independent operations and merged with Meridiana to form Meridiana Fly [Eurofly](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eurofly).
