Cargolux Airlines International S.A., established in 1970, is Luxembourg's flag carrier cargo airline, operating a fleet of 26 Boeing 747-8 and 747-400 freighters. The airline serves over 90 destinations worldwide, offering scheduled and charter air freight services. Cargolux is a launch customer for the Boeing 747-8F, which joined its fleet in late 2011, and is the world's first operator of this aircraft type. The airline is also a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the Association of Airlines for Europe (A4E).
