About First Air

First Air, legally Bradley Air Services Limited, was a Canadian airline that operated scheduled and charter passenger and cargo services, primarily linking northern communities in Nunavut, Nunavik, and the Northwest Territories with major southern cities. Founded in 1946, it was headquartered in Kanata, Ontario, and was known as 'The Airline of the North.' In 2019, First Air merged with Canadian North and ceased operations under its own name.
